As a Freelance Consultant Building Surveyor, you’ll carry out RICS Level 2 Home Buyer Reports and Level 3 Building Surveys using our smart tech, templates, and support systems. You’ll enjoy full autonomy while benefiting from:

Qualifications

• RICS, CABE, RPSA membership or at least 1 year of proven Residential Building Surveying experience
• Public liability and personal accident insurance (We provide PI Insurance)
• A commitment to professional standards and client care
• Commitment to at least 3 days per week, Those who can complete a Level 2 or 3 home survey
• Self-motivated individuals who enjoy variety in their work
• Women looking to be represented in the residential building surveying sector
