We are recruiting for a driven and ambitious conveyancer to work in James Allum’s Bath-based practice within Carbon Law Partners. Responsibilities

  • Independently run and complete all types of residential conveyancing transactions, including purchases, sales and remortgages of leasehold and freehold properties.
  • Own files from onboarding to post-completion, including handling and being competent with all compliance and AML matters.
  • Operate in a detailed, comprehensive and efficient manner to ensure all matters receive appropriate care and attention.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and provide exceptional, innovative client services.
  • Be commutable to the Bath city-centre office and contribute to a positive, inclusive working environment.

Qualifications

  • 2+ PQE
  • A solicitor, licensed conveyancer or chartered legal executive
  • Experience in residential conveyancing, including leasehold and freehold transactions
