The Opportunity

This is an exciting fully remote position for an experienced Residential Conveyancer / Property Lawyer who thrives on autonomy but values collaboration. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage your own caseload of residential property matters — including sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold, remortgages, and new builds — alongside a team of Paralegals.
  • Maintain proactive, transparent communication with clients at every stage.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to a modern, service‑led conveyancing process that values both quality and efficiency.

About You

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience running a full residential conveyancing caseload.
  • Solid technical knowledge of the conveyancing process and an eye for detail.
  • Strong organisational and client communication skills.
  • Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
  • Confident using digital case management systems and adaptable to new technology.
