Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join the firm’s busy Haxby or Pocklington offices. These roles are ideal for confident Conveyancers who can hit the ground running, manage a varied caseload, and mentor junior colleagues. You’ll be part of a friendly and collaborative team with the flexibility to work both in the office and from home. Both full-time and part-time hours will be considered!

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction to completion, ensuring smooth transactions for clients
• Handling a wide variety of matters including sales, purchases, mortgages, new build, shared ownership, transfer of equity, and remortgages
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients, providing clear and timely updates
• Supporting and guiding junior team members

Requirements:

• Solid experience in residential conveyancing (5+ years ideal but not required)
• Ability to work independently on a varied caseload
• Strong client communication and organisational skills
• Willingness to support and mentor junior colleagues
