What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters – including freehold/leasehold sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity
  • Oversee all stages from instruction to post-completion with autonomy
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, and lenders to keep transactions moving smoothly
  • Draft and review contracts, conduct title checks, raise and respond to enquiries
  • Keep up to date with residential property law developments and apply best practices

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ PQE or equivalent experience in UK residential conveyancing
  • Confident managing a broad caseload with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and client care skills
  • Detail-oriented and tech-savvy; experience with case management systems is a plus
  • Positive, can-do attitude and ability to work independently in a hybrid setup
  • Contract: Full-time, permanent
  • Location: Hybrid – work from home with some days in the Penzance office
