Residential Conveyancing Property Fee Earner

We are seeking a Solicitor, FCILEX, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced property fee earner to join our team at the Burnley office. The role offers flexibility, including some work from our Preston office and potential homeworking.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters such as sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new builds.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents and contracts.
• Conducting title investigations and resolving legal issues efficiently.
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties to facilitate transactions.
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements throughout the process.
• Contributing to the growth and reputation of the conveyancing team.

Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in residential property and be capable of managing cases from instruction to post-completion.
