What you’ll do

• Manage a caseload of residential property files: freehold, leasehold, new build and standard sale/purchase transactions
• Work with a junior conveyancer to ensure continuity and excellent client service
• Focus on legal work while onboarding, AML, SDLT and completions are managed by support teams
• Take part in ongoing CPD, training and mentoring opportunities
• Use modern conveyancing case management systems and digital tools

Who you are

• A Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive
• At least 10 years’ experience in residential conveyancing
• Confident handling freehold, leasehold and new build conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion
• Able to supervise or collaborate with junior conveyancers
