Residential Marketing Lead

Position Summary The Residential Marketing Lead is responsible for leading all marketing initiatives related to ILIV’s residential product portfolio. This role will develop and execute strategies that elevate brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support sales growth across key marketing channels. The successful candidate will be a creative, organised and results-oriented marketer with a passion for interiors. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Plan and execute ILIV’s residential exhibition program, including stand design, logistics management, and post-event analysis. Manage daily activity across ILIV’s residential social media platforms (Facebook, @ilivfabrics Instagram and Pinterest), creating campaigns to drive engagement and tracking performance metrics. Develop and manage ILIV’s residential influencer program, including event planning and PR box coordination. Design and produce residential point-of-sale materials such as lithos, Look Books, and bespoke brochures. Manage residential advertising campaigns, including media bookings and artwork development. Create digital content, including video, to support residential product launches and marketing campaigns. Execute residential email marketing initiatives. Serve as the primary liaison for the residential PR agency, providing written content and supporting brand communications as needed.
About You
Degree in Marketing, PR, or a related discipline and/or equivalent experience. 2+ years in a marketing role, ideally within the interiors industry. Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with social media platforms and digital marketing tools. Demonstrated experience in developing content and managing communications across various social media platforms. Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud applications (e.g. InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) for creating marketing materials and digital assets. Passionate about interiors and design trends. Highly flexible and able to adapt seamlessly to changing needs. Full, clean driving license and access to a vehicle.
