Overview

A well-regarded Eastbourne firm is recruiting a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its thriving property team. This is a fantastic opportunity to handle a varied caseload within a supportive and professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion, including:
• Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold)
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity
• Use online systems such as Land Registry, Government Gateway and AML checks
• Case management system experience is helpful but not essential, as training will be provided

Requirements

• Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
• Current experience managing residential conveyancing matters
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and a client-first approach
