Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of property transactions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Support the continued growth of the department.
  • Play a key role in the firm’s business development and marketing efforts.
  • Potential to expand into commercial property work in the future.

Candidate

  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with strong experience in residential property law.
  • Organised, commercially aware, and a collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and flexible approach.
  • Experience managing support staff is desirable but not required.
