Senior Property Manager – Luxury Residential

Are you passionate about delivering world-class service in London’s most prestigious residential developments? Cobalt are seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee a select portfolio of super-prime, new-build properties in Central London. This role involves managing some of the city’s most iconic addresses and providing an exceptional client experience for UHNWIs and luxury developers.

What We’re Looking For

• Solid experience in high-end residential block management
• Expertise in the super-prime London market and new-builds
• Confidence managing utilities, MEP maintenance, and major works
• A client-facing, polished communicator who builds lasting relationships
• Impeccable attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a personal portfolio of prime residential developments
• Lead on service charge budgets, arrears recovery, and cashflow management
• Oversee on-site staff, concierge services, and operational standards
• Manage major works projects and Section 20 consultations
• Ensure 100% health & safety and compliance standards are met
• Act as a trusted partner to clients, residents, and senior stakeholders

Location: Central London Office Base - 1 day from home

Salary

Salary: up to £75,000 plus great benefits
