RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR

2+ YEARS PQE, WORCESTERSHIRE – A highly regarded and well‑connected Worcester law firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join its team. JOB REF: TL1814

The Role

You will be joining a close‑knit and supportive property team, handling a busy and varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, with secretarial support.

Responsibilities

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Easements, transfers of equity
• Dealing with some planning and environmental issues
• Lease extensions and related transactions

Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 2 years’ post‑qualification experience in residential conveyancing
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to manage a caseload independently
• Commercial and agricultural property experience is advantageous but not essential
