Job Description

The Residential Property Solicitor will deal with a range of work and responsibilities including;

  • Handling a variety of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, and re-mortgages.
  • Providing expert legal advice to clients on property-related matters.
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, and other legal documentation.
  • Conducting thorough title investigations and resolve any arising issues.
  • Liaising with estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Keeping clients regularly updated on the progress of their cases.
  • Supporting junior team members and contributing to team development where necessary.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Residential Property Solicitor should have / be;

  • A Solicitor likely to be around 5 years PQE
  • Proven experience in managing residential property transactions.
  • Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ties to either Harrogate or Ilkley
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Confident communication skills to interact with clients and stakeholders effectively.
