Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload including freehold/leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages & transfers of equity.
• Liaise with clients, agents, and third parties to ensure smooth progress.
• Handle post-completion work and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
• Deal with complex matters including personal representatives, attorneys, and trusts.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver an exceptional legal service.
