Resourcing and Recruitment Coordinator
Contract: Fixed Term - 2 years
Salary: £30,805 - £35,116 per annum
Location: The Old Schools, Cambridge
Working Pattern: Hybrid (average 2 office days), Full Time

We're looking for a proactive and organised Resourcing and Recruitment Coordinator to join our Human Resources Division and help shape the future of talent at our University.
About The Role
As a key member of the Resourcing Team, you'll play a central role in promoting the University as an employer of choice. You will support the delivery of a seamless and professional recruitment experience and outreach events, particularly for senior professional services roles, ensuring candidates receive a high-quality and engaging experience throughout the process.
This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll work closely with recruiting managers, HR colleagues, and external partners to support recruitment campaigns, enhance candidate experience, and contribute to strategic talent attraction initiatives including jobs fairs.
What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinating local recruitment outreach events from planning and logistics to attending and gathering feedback.
- Supporting recruitment campaigns from inception to offer ¿ including creating documents, scheduling meetings and creating candidate packs. Liaising with candidates and senior staff members throughout the process.
- Providing expert advice on recruitment policies, compliance, and best practices.
- Analysing recruitment data to inform improvements and support strategic initiatives.
- Ensuring inclusive recruitment practices.
- Collaborating across teams, supporting wider HR projects and initiatives.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities, often at fast pace.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of their work.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience of coordinating recruitment activities, such as jobs fairs, interview days, and recruitment related outreach events.

Fixed-term: The funds for this post are available for 2 years in the first instance.
