Grade B -£39,784 (National) or £45,456(London - for London office based or home-based workers within the boundary of the M25)– There is also an additional homeworking allowance of £581 per annum for those working from home. Please note for part time roles – this will be pro rata.

Picture this

You will lead a team responsiblefor delivering strategic projects that affect our approach to attracting andselecting temporary professionals, such as SpecialistAdvisors, ExecutiveReviewers, Second Opinion Appointed Doctors, and contingent labour.

In the last year as a ResourcingSenior Advisor, you might have:

Designed and managed several large scale recruitment campaigns for key roles within the health and care sector.

Worked with agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure suitable candidates are attracted through contingent labour and correct policy is followed.

Input into our wider Recruitment Review to identify best practice in all of our resourcing activities.

The role

In this role, you’ll:

Lead and support your team:
Manage a team of resourcing colleagues, implementing effective recruitment support across CQC on all aspects of the temporary workforce.

Advise and collaborate: Provide expert recruitment advice to managers and work closely with internal and external partners to deliver effective campaigns.

Drive inclusive practices: Design and apply recruitment processes that are accessible, fair, and aligned with our ED&I strategy.

We will be looking for specificskills, knowledge and experience in your application form:

Leading recruitment teams: You will have extensive experience of managing a Recruitment team, preferably within the public sector. You have the ability to develop others, set clear goals, and support performance in a resourcing environment.

Track record in inclusive recruitment: You’ve designed and delivered recruitment campaigns that are creative, inclusive, and tailored to different roles and audiences.

Ability to influence with insight: You’ve used data and market knowledge to advise senior leaders and shape recruitment strategies that deliver results.
