Restructuring Advisory Assistant Manager

We are searching for an experienced Restructuring Advisory Assistant Manager.

Consulting brings together multiple teams across Transactions, Risk & Consulting, ABA, and Outsourcing to provide client-centric solutions for RSM’s current and future clients within the middle market. Our Consulting team has a major role to play in driving forward the growth of the firm with over 1,700 people delivering almost £200m revenue.

At the heart of Consulting are six solutions we offer our clients: business transformation, deal services, finance function support, risk and governance, forensic and investigation services, and restructuring. Responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting the completion of assignments in accordance with the Firm’s standard Advisory procedures and statutory obligations, including client arrangements, costs, and billing.
  2. Conducting advisory assignments such as cash flow reviews, solvency reviews, options analyses, and business reviews.
  3. Planning and executing insolvency assignments, managing appropriate cases as required, and ensuring compliance with procedures and legal obligations.
  4. Assisting with client onboarding procedures and timely completion of CEAP.
  5. Communicating with creditors, directors, and interested parties, maintaining high standards of client service.

Candidate Profile:

  1. ACCA / ACA qualification or part-qualified.
  2. Experience in client handling.
  3. Ability to prepare or analyze financial information.
  4. Experience in Restructuring Advisory and/or Insolvency, with CPI qualification advantageous but not essential.
  5. Strong organizational, time management, and commercial skills.
  6. Effective communication skills for internal and external contacts.
