Join our dynamic Consulting Technical Team to support our Restructuring Advisory solutions. Our team provides expert advice, clarifies complex legislative areas, and ensures effective and streamlined operations while managing risks.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing technical support and timely responses to inquiries.
• Investigating and addressing complaints, providing insights to prevent future issues.
• Offering clear advice on legislative, legal, and regulatory changes.
• Ensuring operational procedures, documents, and guidance are current and compliant.
• Contributing to technical news briefs, updates, and training.
• Identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions.
• Preparing insightful compliance reports for leadership.
• Collaborating with client-facing teams and supporting compliance efforts.
• Representing the firm at technical meetings and sharing knowledge.
• Supporting other projects and sharing expertise within the team.

Candidate requirements:

• Experience in formal insolvency work within a professional practice.
• Strong technical knowledge, CPI qualification preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools.
• Knowledge of IPS or similar case management systems.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience in internal procedures and compliance review is advantageous.
