Overview
The Retrofit Reporting Lead will manage the monitoring of Retrofit Programmes, including data collation and reporting to external funding bodies, and will lead monitoring and evaluation activities as part of Southern Housing’s retrofit delivery.
Responsibilities
- Monitor Retrofit Programmes, including data collation and reporting to external funding bodies.
- Draft and submit Project Change Requests and quarterly finance reviews.
- Monitor project progress against KPIs.
- Lead monitoring and evaluation strategy, analysing consumption, temperature, and humidity data to assess home performance before and after retrofit works.
- Identify the effectiveness of retrofit delivery and any performance gaps in line with PAS2035 standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Finance and Retrofit Delivery to gather data and supporting evidence for monthly reports, grant drawdowns, and quarterly audits.
What you’ll need
- Experience in reporting to external funding bodies, including data collation across multiple datasets and providing evidence of qualitative and quantitative data.
- Experience in collecting large amounts of performance data and formulating next steps.
- Financial acumen and experience with spend and budget analysis.
- Expertise in Excel and data reporting.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills; able to be persuasive and diplomatic while remaining independent.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.

Employment specifics
This is a permanent position working 35 hours a week. You can be based in either our Farringdon or Sittingbourne office, with a minimum of 2 days in the office and the rest from home.
