ROLE OVERVIEW:

This Revenue Growth Analyst role is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build their career within Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and commercial strategy. Reporting into the Revenue Growth Manager, you’ll play a key support role, helping to shape pricing, promotions, and customer strategies that drive profitable growth for the business. It’s a role that combines data analysis, commercial insight, and cross-functional collaboration, giving you exposure to how a global FMCG business develops and delivers strategies that win in the marketplace.

You will also…

  • Support the Revenue Growth Manager in delivering the RGM strategy across pricing, pack architecture, promotional planning, and customer investment.
  • Provide analysis and insight to track KPIs, category dynamics, and competitor activity.
  • Translate data into actionable recommendations to support decision making.
  • Assist in building customer-specific RGM strategies and feeding these into joint business planning conversations.
  • Collaborate with marketing, category, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure aligned commercial execution.
  • Support the development of eCommerce revenue growth strategies.

Responsibilities

  • As a Revenue Growth Analyst, you will support pricing, promotions, and customer strategies that drive profitable growth.
  • Analyze data and provide commercial insights to inform decision making.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned execution of RGM plans.

Requirements

  • Experience in branded FMCG (ideally food & beverage, though wider FMCG categories considered).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide commercial recommendations.
  • Exposure to Revenue Growth, Net Revenue Management, or Commercial Strategy would be desirable, but not essential.
  • Commercial awareness and an interest in pricing, promotions, and category dynamics.
  • Confidence in Excel, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Ambitious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
