The role…
To measure progress against its objectives, the Revenue Operations team in the Healthcare business is looking to recruit a Revenue Operations Analyst to produce insights on the performance of the Sales Teams.
In this role you will be part of a team supporting the delivery of quota with deep focus on pipeline management, forecasting, performance management, budget planning and workforce planning for our sales teams.
This is an exciting time to join the team; we are experiencing rapid growth, and we are now looking for a unique individual that can bring their expertise, data driven approach to turn information into actionable insights.
What you’ll be doing…
- Sitting in the newly structured RevOps team, this essential role will be responsible for driving Salesforce adoption and ensuring a high degree of data hygiene.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and presentation to ensure Sales teams are on track to consistently meet (& exceed) all activity targets.
- Identifying key performance trends and helping to execute key RevOps priorities.
- Ensuring Sales teams adopt best practices for client meetings / partner with consultants and analysts.
- Reporting on Sales activity, pipeline and forecasts and dissecting performance of teams and individuals.
- Optimising Salesforce to be an accurate and effective pipeline management and forecasting tool.
What we’re looking for…
- Excellent analytical skills from sales or marketing operations or consulting.
- Advanced Excel capabilities including SQL, Power BI & data visualization.
- Ability to turn data into actionable insights and present information to all levels of the business using compelling PowerPoint presentations.
- Great organisation and prioritization skills to run a time-critical forecast calendar.
- Confident, clear and articulate communication skills – written and verbal.
- An inherent curiosity & passion for sales performance metrics and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Fast-paced and accurate, with a keen eye for detail and discrepancies.
- Skilled using Salesforce, PowerPoint etc. Gong & Hubspot experience would be a bonus.
