Revenue Operations Manager - EMEA Business Desk

Join our dynamic Business Desk team as a Manager overseeing Deal Desk and Order to Cash Operations across the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region. In this key role, you'll partner closely with the Sales team to shape and manage deal structures, agreements, and execution - ensuring efficient, timely closure of high-quality business. You will lead and support a team of three Revenue Operations Analysts, collaborating with Sales Leadership to provide strategic insights and promote best practices, both regionally and globally, to accelerate commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Primary interface between EMEA Sales Teams & Internal Legal Team
  • Maintain prioritization and progress tracking of all contracts to be negotiated
  • Schedule and join customer calls to ensure progress in legal discussions/negotiations
  • Compliance validation and resolution
  • Self-manage workload to ensure timely deal cycles
  • Own deal opportunities internally, working closely with sales team, legal and cross-functional teams (legal, finance, product, compliance, etc.) on the commercial deal structure, agreement generation and approval cycles
  • Communicate monthly and quarterly deal quality and operational metric trends to relevant Trust Solutions Group stakeholders
  • Advise Sales leadership to help manage overall business execution, being a key contributor to business reviews and forecast meetings
  • Coach and mentor a team of Revenue Operations Analysts in the EMEA region
  • Ad Hoc reporting and projects focused on supporting sales results

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 5+ years' sales operations experience
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams
  • Demonstrates the ability to work well in a fast-paced, challenging environment as part of a dynamic team of professionals and can communicate effectively in group settings as well as before senior management
  • Ability to assist in driving adoption, enabling sales, and legal members or managers with productivity improvement processes
  • Demonstrates the ability to use organizational skills to create a productive process that the larger team can understand and follow efficiently
  • Possesses an understanding of B2B sales processes
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint, Salesforce, CPQ, Anaplan, Tableau, etc
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Possesses previous experience with presentations, both in-person and online
  • Based in or near London, with the ability to work in a hybrid capacity
  • Ability to demonstrate a sense of urgency meeting reporting deadlines
  • Proficiency with project management initiatives
