About the role
We are looking for our first Revenue Operations Manager to join the team at Onetrace. This rolewill be responsible for building and leading the revenue operations function from the ground up. The key responsibilities are todrive operational efficiency, data-driven decision making, and process optimisation across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience.
You will own the systems, reporting, and workflows that power the entire revenue engine, enabling commercial teams to perform at their highest potential.By combining strategic insight with hands-on execution, you will play acritical part in unlocking growth opportunities, enhancing performance, and supporting Onetrace's go-to-market scale-up.
What you’ll do
As a Revenue Operations Manager, you'll be instrumental in building and optimising our revenue engine.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Experience, and Finance to align teams, improve processes, and drive revenue performance
- Own and optimise our GTM tech stack, including HubSpot, Planhat, Intercom, Aircall, and other tools; ensuring systems are well integrated, scalable, and driving value
- Take responsibility for CRM data integrity, system configurations, and identifying new tools (including AI-powered solutions) to improve efficiency and decision-making
- Build and maintain reporting and dashboards that surface key insights across the revenue funnel, enabling data-driven decisions at every level
- Analyse performance metrics to identify bottlenecks, surface opportunities, and inform forecasting, territory planning and compensation strategies
- You'll optimise processes for customer onboarding, health scoring, risk management, and value realisation, directly impacting adoption, engagement, and retention. This also includes streamlining workflows for renewals, upsell opportunities, and fostering customer advocacy programs
- Act as the central connector across go-to-market teams - ensuring shared goals, consistent reporting, and a seamless customer experience from acquisition through expansion
What we’re looking for
Essential
- Experience in Revenue or Sales Operations within a B2B SaaS or tech-driven environment
- Strong analytical skills, with a track record of building dashboards and working with commercial KPIs
- Solid commercial acumen and understanding of how RevOps drives growth and retention
- Proven ability to build scalable processes across the full customer lifecycle
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, able to translate data into actionable insights and continuous improvements
- Proficient in CRM (HubSpot required, Planhat a plus) and BI tools, with experience navigating ambiguity in fast-growing environments
- Excellent communicator and stakeholder manager, capable of aligning cross-functional teams and influencing decisions
Desirable
- Experience driving process alignment across distributed or global commercial teams
- Knowledge of GDPR, data governance, and privacy best practices related to commercial systems and customer data
- Proficient in SQL; experienced with BI tools
