OverviewRevenue Protection Smart Meter Engineer role at Utilita Energy. Location: Glasgow/Edinburgh. Salary: £39,024 plus Bonus scheme. We are a pioneer in smart technology, that empowers households to use and waste less energy, which is good for our customers pockets and the planet.What does this role involve?As a Field Recovery Engineer, you will attend both domestic and commercial properties on behalf of the Revenue Protection team to assist with the retrieval of outstanding customer debt.Day To Day You WillDiscuss resolutions with customers at pre-warrant and warrant sites.Provide options and install the appropriate meters where required.Who are we looking for?Hold CMA1/CCN1 or equivalent, MET1, MOCOPA (single phase, single off multi, multi rate).Previous experience as a Smart Meter Engineer.3-Phase and Medium pressure qualifications desirable but not essential.Strong communication and teamwork; flexible with day-to-day requirements; resilient.Access to customer’s homes will require enhanced security vetting.Company and valuesOur employees come from all walks of life.
