What We Offer

Responsibilities

We are seeking a Revenue Operations Data Insights expert to turn performance metrics into powerful, revenue-driving insights. You’ll partner with senior leaders to build a consistent reporting framework, monitor key sales, retention, cross-sell, and upsell KPIs, and deliver dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, and Salesforce that make decision making faster and smarter. You’ll own forecasting cycles, optimise pipeline processes, and lead reporting that uncovers new revenue opportunities. With a passion for actionable data, you’ll spot opportunities for automation, predictive modelling, and process improvement, helping us boost sales performance, improve client satisfaction, and fuel business growth.

Qualifications

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company with a great culture, using your mid-to-senior level experience in B2B Revenue or Sales Operations to deliver high impact results. You’ll combine strong sales process knowledge, GTM systems expertise, and confident Salesforce reporting skills with the ability to turn raw data into insights that drive strategy and performance. You should be proficient in SQL, Excel, and tools like Python or R, and be skilled in data visualization with Power BI or Tableau. You know how to build revenue infrastructure, data models, and workflows, and you’re comfortable applying forecasting and pipeline modelling to uncover growth opportunities. Collaborative, commercially minded, and a clear communicator, you’ll work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to guide decisions that fuel revenue growth.
