We are currently recruiting for a Reward Analyst to join our HR Operations team based in our Hammersmith Head Office.
About the Role
The Reward Analyst provides fundamental support to the Reward Manager within the HR Operations team to enable the delivery of our Reward initiatives. This role will play a key part in the annual compensation cycle; including base salary reviews, bonus schemes, commission schemes, compensation survey submission, and benchmarking processes.
Other key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and analysing large datasets, presenting findings, comparisons, and recommendations in a clear, user-friendly format for internal stakeholders.
- Supporting the development and maintenance of fixed salary rates and compensation structures, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Supporting the execution of the annual compensation processes, and commission and service charge ensuring seamless delivery, effective communication, and full utilisation of Workday functionality.
- Building and maintaining comprehensive Excel databases to support pay review, bonus calculations, and holiday entitlement tracking.
- Acting as a Workday Super User, driving adoption of Advanced Compensation functionalities and supporting system optimisation.
- Supporting Gender Pay Gap reporting by preparing accurate data and analysis.
- Developing and maintaining job profiles, ensuring accuracy and consistency within the job database.
- Managing the survey submission process, ensuring accurate job matching and high-quality data submission to survey providers.
- Acting as an expert in benchmarking methodology (WTW), independently benchmarking new and revised roles while advising on market pay insights.
- Building strong relationships with HR, ensuring they receive expert guidance and support in compensation and reward processes.
Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.

About You
You will display strong technical expertise in reward analysis, with hands-on experience in salary benchmarking, bonus review and pay structures. You will have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPS, pivot tables and other key functions.
With excellent written and verbal communications skills, you will feel confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels, with a proven ability to build strong relationships and liaise effectively with others. Whilst being highly organised and detail oriented with a methodical approach to tasks you will be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, adapting to shifting demands with ease and agility.
