About the role
This role is linked to the tax technical areas of the Workforce team, and the support we provide to clients. The role will be linked to potential in the Financial Services market linked to complex reward (ie. Carry, co-investment, LLPs) and external headwinds (change in legislation, HMRC reviews etc) which require clients to review their reward structures, and also the continued growth of the employment tax business more generally.
What your days will look like
- Generating new work opportunities through the Financial Services Market and lead client relationships both in terms of delivering projects and taking the breadth of PwC services to the client.
- Support senior leadership for the complex reward and national employment tax team in driving the strategy for growth.
- Be a representative in the disputes network for both complex reward and employment tax.
- Assist the growth and development of the complex reward team.
This role is for you if
- You have detailed experience of the tax technical areas covered by Complex Reward and Employment Tax.
- You have breadth of experience working with clients / in-house within the Financial Services market.
- You can demonstrate good technical / working knowledge of a wide spectrum of areas linked to people-based issues.
- You have experience of team development (technical and wider skills).
- You have experience of HMRC disputes.
