Reward Specialist

Overview
They’re looking for a Reward Specialist with 2–3 years’ experience who wants greater autonomy across compensation and benefits projects and the chance to deliver full reward cycles from start to finish. Location: Greater Manchester (2 days a week in the office).
Responsibilities
- Coordinate annual pay reviews, bonus payments, and share schemes
- Analyse and interpret compensation data to support decision-making
- Assist with benchmarking and job evaluation panels
- Provide reward advice to People Partners and line managers
- Support policy creation and ensure compliance with reward governance
- Contribute to process improvements and strategic reward projects
What Will Get You an Interview
- 2–3 years’ reward experience in high-employee-volume environments
- Strong analytical mindset and Excel skills
- Confidence in interpreting data and providing recommendations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
