We have an exciting opportunity for an RFP Writer to join our RBC Global Asset Management team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing RFPs, DDQs, and other materials to support client service and business development efforts.

Starting from mid-September 2025, all employees and contractors will work in the office with some flexibility to work up to 1 day per week remotely, depending on arrangements.

• Producing high-quality, accurate, and timely RFPs
• Liaising with SMEs globally to develop new materials and content
• Maintaining content in RocketDocs and enhancing static ESG data sources
• Participating in team initiatives and special projects
• Responding to due diligence questionnaires and other ad hoc requests for RBC BlueBay products

• Proven experience in an RFP role or related business function
• Advanced knowledge of industry products, practices, and RBC BlueBay’s offerings
• Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex information clearly
• Technical knowledge and a commitment to learning
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure with changing priorities
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to make decisions and recommendations effectively

• Knowledge of RBC values and culture
• Data management skills
