Risk & Compliance Officer | Insurance Broker | London/Hybrid | £35 - 45,000 (doe)

Panoramic Associates are partnering with an established insurance broker to recruit a Risk & Compliance Officer. You will report into the Head of Risk & Compliance and work across a variety of compliance responsibilities, with ongoing training & development to grow into the position.

Responsibilities

• Sanctions screening
• Help prepare & deliver on risk & compliance frameworks
• Update policies and prepare reports
• Manage the compliance registers
• Exposure to governance tasks including minute taking, SMCR, and collating MI for the Board and company filing

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of compliance experience in the 1st or 2nd line of defence
• Experience working in an insurance company
• Good working knowledge of FCA guidelines
• Excellent organisational skills and strong written & verbal communication abilities with the capacity to build relationships at all levels, including senior stakeholders
• Degree or equivalent experience
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently as well as contribute to a team

Location & Availability

Role based in London; 2/3 days per week in the office
