MERJE is seeking a highly skilled Risk & Compliance Business Partner to join a leading insurance company. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures
• Conduct regular risk assessments and internal audits

Required knowledge and experience

• Extensive knowledge of UK insurance industry regulations
• Proven experience in a similar Business Partner role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Relevant compliance certifications (e.g., ICA, CISI)
