You’ve already made your mark in financial services and are looking to deepen your expertise in Risk & Compliance through varied, client-facing projects.

We’re specifically looking for candidates with consultancy experience. While we don’t expect you to tick every box below, if you’ve worked in a consulting firm and bring relevant risk and regulatory expertise, we’d love to hear from you.

Your Experience Might Include:

• Navigating the UK and/or EU regulatory landscape, with exposure to areas like:

  • Prudential regulation (e.g. ICAAP/ICARA, Basel frameworks)

  • Conduct frameworks (e.g. MAR, MIFIDPRU)

  • Regulatory reporting (e.g. CoRep, FinRep, Solvency II)

  • Operational resilience and ESG regulation

• Translating technical concepts (e.g. VaR, RWA, FRTB) into clear, accessible messages for different audiences.

You May Also Bring:

• Experience supporting regulatory change or risk projects, including business analysis, delivery, or full lifecycle transformation.

• Exposure to third-party risk management (TPRM) frameworks or related operating models.

• Confidence working with stakeholders at all levels, and a curious, detail-oriented mindset.

• A degree (or equivalent experience), with relevant certifications such as ICA, PRMIA, Agile, or Prince2 as a plus.
