Join us as a Risk & Controls Data & Reporting Analyst

As a Risk & Controls Data and Reporting Analyst, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to fostering a risk-aware culture and recommend reporting and monitoring solutions to manage risk issues within the business. You’ll strengthen ownership within the business by identifying areas of weakness, calling them out, and sharing best practices.
You’ll deliver insightful, actionable risk analysis to enable focused discussions and decision-making by leadership, supporting relevant risk activities to keep our risk and control environment within appetite.
Day-to-day, You’ll Be
- Developing risk reports to highlight key insights for decision-making, including escalating emerging risks promptly, defining and owning actions
- Supporting assessment of key risks and controls across the business to manage the risk profile within appetite
- Building relationships with stakeholders across lines of defense to ensure risk reporting solutions are fit for purpose
The skills you’ll need
A strong understanding of Enterprise Risk Management and Non-Financial Risk concepts is essential. Knowledge of developing effective visual risk reports that communicate risk impacts to leadership within a complex financial services environment is required. Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Python would be advantageous.

- Experience working with AI and datasets to proactively discover emerging risks
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization in risk, compliance, or financial services
- The ability to provide robust oversight and challenge, supporting the business in focusing on critical risk and control issues through reporting and efficiency
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to identify alternatives where procedures are not established
- A strategic mindset, demonstrating thought leadership and the ability to upskill others in risk and reporting data visualization
