Primary Purpose

The primary purpose of the Project Support Officer is to ensure the successful deployment and adoption of the new finance system. This role is for a graduate level candidate with interest in project management. The role will involve day to day support to the Programme Manager in execution of programme tasks, monitoring and updating of programme trackers and chasing stakeholders for tasks due. As and when required, this role will also provide project support to other members of the project team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to tasks allocated and deliver in a timely manner.
  • Compliance: Ensure legal, regulatory and policy compliance under GDPR, Health and Safety and in area of your specialism identifying opportunities and risks and escalating where appropriate.

  • Qualifications: Degree Level Qualification
  • Experience: Demonstrable interest in Project Management (theoretical or practical)
