About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Accountant to support a large finance transformation project focused on Record to Report (RTR) simplification. This role will involve cleansing and restructuring financial data, improving reconciliation accuracy, and preparing for a system migration into ARCS.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cleanse and review RTR data, correcting inconsistencies across legal entities and business areas.
  • Support the implementation of new cross-validation rules by identifying and correcting data issues.
  • Restructure existing balance sheet reconciliations into a new Legal Entity format.
  • Investigate and clear old or immaterial reconciling items.
  • Prepare reconciliations for upload into ARCS, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Collaborate closely with finance, systems, and continuous improvement teams to meet project timelines.

About You

  • (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or QBE with strong RTR experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem solving.
  • Highly proficient in Excel and comfortable working with large data sets.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communicator and strong team player who enjoys driving improvement.
  • Experience in data cleansing and high-volume reconciliations.
  • Exposure to finance transformation projects and system implementations.
  • Experience with Oracle ERP.
