Responsibilities

• Further develop the candidate and client database in the Accountancy Division.
• Sell recruitment services to businesses within the designated geographical area.
• Achieve activity and financial targets set for the role.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and candidates to support continued business growth.

Qualifications and attributes

• Proven track record within a Recruitment Industry environment.
• Excellent communication, empathy, sales and negotiation skills, with strong planning, time management and professionalism.
• Natural problem solver with ambition and loyalty; capable of working autonomously.
• Career-minded, focused, articulate, driven and able to thrive in an autonomous environment.
