About the Role
This is a flexible, part-time opportunity to help shape the future of sailing and boating in Scotland to drive positive impact in our community. You’ll work closely with colleagues across RYA Scotland and the wider RYA:
- Grow our profile and value proposition among businesses, donors and supporters.
- Develop and deliver partnership packages that reflect our values—youth engagement, sustainability, inclusion.
- Promote our sport’s positive impact on health, community, and the marine environment.
Remuneration and Benefits
- Home-based working
- Salary £30–40,000 (pro-rata) dependant on experience (up to 21 hours/week)
- 10% pension, life insurance, free RYA Membership and discounts
- 26 days annual leave (pro rata) plus public holidays
