Overview

SaaS Co-Founder / Head of Sales (100% remote) at EWOR — Newcastle Upon Tyne, England, United Kingdom. We’re looking for ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups. Our founders include Paul Müller (founder of Adjust, €1.2B exit) and Petter Made (founder of SumUp, €8B), who support outlier personalities and serial entrepreneurs to build €1B+ companies. We offer a salary while you build your startup (you will be directly employed by EWOR). Alternatively, you can opt for up to €500k in funding. You’ll gain access to a community of top founders, peers and investors, weekly coaching with unicorn-founders, and a pathway to multi-million euro funding within 12 months, plus hiring and distribution support to reach product-market-fit and build a sales/marketing machine. A notable success story: one EWOR fellow secured a €12M pre-seed investment.

Responsibilities

• You will build, and run your own startup in fields such as SaaS.


• You will embark on an extensive personal development journey crafted by unicorn founders and follow a fully customised programme enhancing your goal, time, and energy management.


• You will receive support in hiring through our network of over 50,000 professionals, as well as advice and best practices from serial entrepreneurs.


• You will receive coaching in making your startup “investible”, i.e. ready to raise millions in funding.


• You will iterate your product with us until reaching product-market-fit and receive support in building up a sales force or creating a marketing empire.

Requirements

• Based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocate.


• Willingness to take full responsibility for your own startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues.


• Excellent communication skills and English language proficiency.
