What is the role?
WealthDynamix is seeking a driven and experienced SaaS Sales Executive to lead sales efforts for our CLM product. As the Sales Lead, you will play a crucial role in growing our SaaS revenue by acquiring new clients, expanding existing relationships, and helping shape the strategic direction of the CLM product within the wealth management and financial services industries. This role requires a deep understanding of SaaS solutions, strong business development skills, and the ability to engage and influence C-suite decision-makers.
Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Lead the sales efforts for CLM, owning the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to grow the client base, focusing on new business and account expansion.
- Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and upselling to existing ones, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management, using data to inform strategies.
New Business Development
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, industry trends, and competitors to guide sales approaches.
- Generate and qualify leads through outreach, marketing partnerships, and industry events to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, demonstrating an understanding of their business needs and positioning CLM as a solution.
Client Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with current and prospective clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Articulate the value proposition of CLM to various stakeholders including C-suite executives.
- Work with client success teams to ensure satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities.
Product & Market Expertise
- Become an expert in the CLM product, its features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Collaborate with product teams to provide client feedback and inform product development.
- Stay informed about SaaS, fintech, and wealth management industry trends to identify sales opportunities.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support
- Work closely with marketing, product, and client success teams to develop go-to-market strategies and campaigns.
- Lead negotiations with clients, managing complex deal structures.
- Represent WealthDynamix at industry events to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
Sales Process Optimization
- Manage CRM tools to track prospects, manage pipelines, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Continuously improve sales processes by identifying areas for enhancement and leveraging technology.

Who is best suited for this role?
- 5-7+ years of SaaS sales experience, ideally in fintech, wealth management, or financial services.
- Proven success in meeting/exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of SaaS business models and enterprise sales complexities.
- Consultative sales skills with the ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Strong relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.
- Skilled in negotiations and closing high-value deals.
- Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
Beneficial Skills:
- Industry knowledge in fintech, wealth management, or financial services.
- Familiarity with CLM or similar tools.
- Experience collaborating across teams for go-to-market strategies.
