Position: SaaS Technical Support - Integrations Engineer
Location: Central London
Remuneration: £60-65K per annum plus bonus (based on experience)
Skillcast is a premier digital learning provider that helps companies train and motivate their employees to act with integrity and comply with various regulations. We are looking for a SaaS Technical Support - Integrations Engineer in our Technology department to configure customer instances of our SaaS app and implement and maintain integrations with third-party SaaS apps. This is a technical customer support facing role focused on configuring customer instances of our SaaS application, implementing integrations with third-party systems, and providing second-line support. While the role involves working with technical tools and concepts (such as APIs, SSO, and configuration scripts), it is primarily about supporting customers, solving integration-related issues, and ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing use of our platform.
Duties & responsibilities
- Implement and maintain new SSO and customer integrations with our SaaS application
- Implement solutions involving configuration scripts
- Work with our App Development team to create new integrations with customers’ other applications (such as Workday; Salesforce; Azure Active Directory; Hibob; BambooHR and other HRI systems)
- Diagnose problems and advise the customer on integrations with their other applications
- Work with Infrastructure teams and Customer Success teams to provide second line support for our SaaS application
- Guide and mentor clients and internal teams for integrating our SaaS application and related technologies and share knowledge & good practice
- Build and curate suitable documentation and support guides for clients and internal teams
- Proactively identify opportunities for system improvements and optimisation, enhancing overall performance
- Implementing and maintaining the integration of third-party applications to enhance the functionality of our SaaS application (such as Intercom, HubSpot, Open AI)
Knowledge, skills, and experience
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience of SaaS application configuration and integration
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience with Identity Management solutions such as Azure Entra and Okta
- Working knowledge of JSON, XML, and configuration scripting
- Experience in testing and diagnosing problems in APIs using Postman (or equivalent)
- Experience in onboarding new customers on SaaS applications
- Experience in SaaS integration related problem solving
- Can-do attitude for supporting a wide range of technical solutions
- Meticulous and methodical approach to documentation
- Inquisitive approach to data modelling and problem solving
- Customer support experience
