We are looking for a Salaried GP tojoin our well-oiled, mildly chaotic (in the best way) machine. If you're aftera role where you can genuinely make a difference, be supported by a brilliantteam, and still finish work at a reasonable time this might just be yourperfect fit.

Job responsibilities
Whats the Job?
You'lldo what GPs do best look after people. But at Latham House, you'll also bepart of something a little... bigger:
- Consult with ourever-growing fanbase of 37,000 patients (don't worry, we don'texpect you to see them all in one day).
- Deliver high-quality,evidence-based care that's as compassionate as it is clinically sharp.
- Join in with dutyrota, on-call, and all the exciting adrenaline-fuelled action thatcomes with being the calm in someone else's chaos.
- Take part in homevisits, andmed reviews
- Contribute to clinicalaudits, QI projects, MDT meetings, and the odd conversation aboutbiscuits in the staff room.

Person Specification
Qualifications
- Fully trained GP
- Family Planning to include LARC (Long Acting Reversible Contraception) fitting and removal of IUCDs
- Minor surgery / joint injections
Additional requirements
- Commitment to continuing professional development of self and others
- Able to maintain the consistent delivery of high-quality services.
- Enhanced DBS check (to be undertaken upon appointment if not on the subscription service)
- Legal Right to work in the UK
- A commitment to anti-discriminatory practices in employment, training and service delivery
- An understanding of Health and Safety responsibilities
- Flexibility in working hours
- Current and full driving licence
- Vaccinated or willing to be vaccinated for Hep B/MMR and other relevant employment vaccinations programmes.
Experience
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload
- Proficient in the use of MS Office, Word, Excel, SystmOne and or other Clinical Software
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team;
- Ability to work with limited supervision;
- Understanding of the pressures faced by GPs and healthcare teams;
- Willingness to contribute to and participate in a peer support group;
- Current registration with the GMC and appropriate representation with a recognised medical defence organisation;
- Ability to draft cogent, error-free letters and reports in a timely manner;
- A good understanding of GMS contracting requirements and the operation of the Quality Outcomes Framework process (QOF and QMAS); and experience of delivering QOF objectives
