Sales Account Manager, SaaS, B2B Subscription Sales, Part Remote, Buy Local Sundridge Ltd. Based in Central London; there will be an element of cold sales but also managing existing accounts, along with upselling. This is a fast-growing and innovative company based in Central London.
We want this person to be excited to get up in the mornings and make things happen. There will be an expectation for you to be in the office circa 3 days per week, but not for the sake of it. Get out, meet clients, smile, be happy and try to make sales which will generate commission and then everyone is happy. Attitude is key, and the firm has a collaborative culture.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of prioritised clients and optimise renewal rates by volume and value; use relationship and negotiation skills to grow the client base and identify client needs with tailored solutions.
- Develop strong relationships with existing customers and monitor purchases to identify upsell opportunities.
- Initiate, scope and manage projects to increase sales yield and revenue.
- Line manage and support junior team members, coaching and mentoring as needed.
- Collaborate with Client Services to execute activities through the client lifecycle to improve renewal rates.
- Develop and implement client sales plans for products and territories to meet sales targets.
- Support product development by suggesting ideas and gathering client feedback during launches.
- Engage with customers at conferences and product demonstrations to build relationships.
- Lead the creation of proposals and sales pitches for new products.
- Maintain a positive, proactive attitude and represent the company culture.
- Base salary with a healthy commission structure on top of base salary; compensation details to be discussed.
Qualifications
- Ideally with a B2B SaaS sales background.
