• Pure commission: 10 – 20 % of every closed contract.
• No base or draw. A hybrid package may be negotiated after you land multiple significant deals in the first 60 days.
• Commissions paid immediately upon client payment receipt.

• Own the entire sales cycle – prospect, cold-outreach, qualify, demo, negotiate.
• Leverage your network to open doors into crypto, SaaS, fintech or tech-savvy consumer brands.
• Close with support – founders step in for the final proposal & signature when needed.
• Keep a healthy pipeline (minimum 25 new qualified leads per week) and hit agreed revenue targets.
• Report weekly on activity, forecast and competitive insights.

• 2 + years selling social-media marketing, influencer/UGC programs, PR, creative or video-production services.
• Documented track record of meeting or beating monthly revenue quotas.
• Comfortable pitching C-suite and marketing VPs over video call, LinkedIn DM and at industry events.
• Fluent written/spoken English; additional languages a plus.
• Self-directed “hunter” mindset, CRM discipline, and high follow-up cadence.

• Service decks, case studies, pricing calculators and ROI stats.
• Fast technical answers and proposal tweaks on demand.
• Founder attendance on late-stage calls to help seal the deal.
• Prompt commission payouts.

• Month 1–2: 3-5 new retainer clients closed and onboarded.
• Month 3+: $25 k+ new MRR added each month, moving toward six-figure annual commissions.
• Consistent, qualified pipeline coverage 3× quota.
