OverviewLocation: RemoteHours: 40 hours per week, between the hours of 8.15am and 5.45pm Monday to SaturdaySalary: £26,800 plus monthly bonusRemote Working: AvailableRole: Sales AgentResponsibilitiesManage inbound calls from potential customers enquiring about services and looking to join us.Manage inbound calls from existing customers who are considering cancelling a service or their account, or who want to add a service.Meet call handling KPIS such as a minimum of 5 calls per hour and 90% adherence.Hit sales targets such as new customer or retention conversion percentages.Review outstanding tasks and callbacks; attend training and upskilling sessions; participate in team huddles.RequirementsPrevious sales experience (minimum 1 year in a call centre environment to be considered).Resilient and persuasive with a "can do" attitude and motivation to improve yourself.Able to meet targets and have excellent relationship-building skills.Team and Work EnvironmentWe work together.
