About the Role

We are looking for energetic and persuasive Sales & Marketing Associates to join our team to support the growth of our exciting new British marketplace brand under JG Goods Limited. We are welcoming applicants who is looking to make an impact in a rapidly growing business with its flagship marketplace platform, logistic platforms and other products.

In this role, you will work directly with the Marketing & Strategy team to promote our products, onboard new platform users (including vendors and drivers), and support in-market growth initiatives. You’ll be responsible for outreach, education, and product sales, playing a key role in how customers and partners experience our brands.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Platform

• Promote and propagate our brand and our products across all channels, educating and creating visibility.
• Reach out to and recruit new drivers and vendors, guiding them through the experience, benefits, and onboarding process
• Act as the first point of contact for questions, demos, and early training
• Track outreach and feedback using Trello or CRM tools
• Support community outreach campaigns and brand activation in local areas
• Promote and sell our products to potential customers through digital outreach, content sharing, demos, or referral campaigns
• Help execute retail, social, and event-based campaigns to increase awareness
• Provide early feedback on customer reactions, pain points, and interest levels

General

• Work closely with the Head of Marketing & Strategy and the team to align on weekly plans, messaging, and goals
• Support social media and content marketing with feedback, visuals, or testimonials
• Track all activities clearly in Trello and share updates with the broader marketing team
• Contribute creative ideas to improve outreach or campaign engagement

What You Bring

• 1–2 years experience in sales, outreach, brand ambassador, or field marketing roles
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills confident talking to customers and partners across phone, email, social, or in person
• Self-driven with good organisational habits and task tracking
• Comfortable working with tools like Trello, Google Docs, and messaging apps
• Passion for tech, wellness, or consumer innovation is a strong plus
• Bonus: Experience with product demos or community engagement
