Job Title: Sales & Marketing Representative – Oxford Properties (Part-Time)
Location: Oxford (on-site) + remote
Type: Part-time, 3 days per week (approx. 20–25 hours)
Compensation: £16/hour base + £20 commission per confirmed booking
Start: Immediate – no formal training, full handover provided
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Sales & Marketing Representative to manage tenant viewings, property marketing, and bookings for our Oxford portfolio. This role combines on-site property engagement and remote marketing & administrative work.
You will work directly with the Operations Lead, ensuring properties are ready and tenants are booked efficiently.
This is a target-driven role: your primary KPI is occupancy rate, and your compensation reflects bookings delivered.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site viewings for prospective tenants (students or professionals).
- Handle tenant inquiries, follow-ups, and bookings, providing a seamless experience.
- Meet weekly and monthly occupancy targets as agreed.
Marketing & Advertising
- List rooms on portals, marketplaces, and social media.
- Maintain property listings with accurate, appealing descriptions and updated availability.
- Support advertising campaigns to maximise viewings and bookings.
- Take pictures and videos for advertising regularly.
- Coordinate closely with the Operations Lead to ensure properties are ready for viewings and compliant.
- Report weekly on occupancy, inquiries, bookings, and marketing activity.
- Track KPIs including:
- Number of viewings completed
- Booking conversion rate
- Approx. 3 days per week, 20–25 hours
- On-site in Oxford for viewings
- Remaining hours can be worked remotely
- Travel and / or fuel costs for on-site visits are covered by the candidate
Compensation & Incentives
- Base pay: £16/hour
- Booking commission: £20 per confirmed booking
- Performance metrics: occupancy rate, viewings completed, booking conversion
Who You Are
- Previous experience in property sales, lettings, or student housing is preferred.
- Self-starter who can start immediately and work independently.
- Confident managing both on-site viewings and remote marketing.
- Reliable, organized, and results-driven, with excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable reporting weekly to the Operations Lead and contributing to occupancy targets.
