We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team. This remote position offers the opportunity to work with a marketplace software while driving revenue growth across both core marketplace solutions and enterprise-tier product offerings. The ideal candidate will be confident in phone-based sales activities, skilled at customizing value proposition delivery based on prospect segmentation and technical requirements, and passionate about achieving targets in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Location: Remote (100% Remote)
Employment Type: Part-time
Compensation: Hourly Rate + Commission Structure
Key Responsibilities
- Drive prospect engagement via email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach initiatives, cold-calling required
- Conduct discovery calls to qualify prospect requirements and drive sales conversion
- Navigate technical objections and concerns related to marketplace SaaS platform, functionalities and implementation
**Outbound Sales Development
- Engage and qualify leads originated through strategic partner channels for outbound lead engagement
- Engage in LinkedIn networking activities, social selling strategies, email campaigns and phone-based prospecting initiatives
**Lead Nurturing & Conversion Optimization
- Revitalize cold prospects through systematic re-engagement campaigns
- Drive prospect re-engagement to advance cold pipeline leads through the sales funnel
- Maintain sustained relationship development through strategic follow-up and consultative communication
- Manage and update lead pipeline progress in HubSpot CRM to ensure accurate forecasting and team visibility
- Partner with sales team to share insights on lead engagement patterns and prospect behaviors
- Contribute to continuous optimization of sales processes based on field observations and conversion data
Required Qualifications
**Experience & Technical Skills
- Minimum 2 years of sales development experience in SaaS or B2B sales environments
- Proven proficiency with HubSpot (or an equivalent) CRM platform
- Demonstrated expertise using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and lead warming
- Experience with sales automation tools, particularly Dripify (or familiarity with an equivalent system)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Technical understanding of SaaS applications/products
- Basic technical understanding of marketplace technologies
