Role Overview

This position is ideal for a motivated, results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is persistent, excels at overcoming objections, communicates confidently by phone, and pursues opportunities. The role is based in Edinburgh and offered on a part-time basis. We provide a high-reward, engaging environment with strong career growth potential. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients within the UK hospitality sector that could benefit from Rota King.
  • Qualification: Assess the needs and challenges of potential clients to determine how Rota King can add value to their business.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings or calls between qualified leads and the senior sales team to discuss how Rota King can assist them.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update the CRM with accurate information on leads, ensuring all interactions are documented and followed up appropriately.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or business development.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients.
  • Human Skills: Tenacious, hardworking, resilient in the face of challenges.

Working Hours & Location

  • Hours: Flexible – Full-time or Part-time to suit the right candidate
  • Location: This role is based in our Edinburgh office, with hybrid working
