Base pay range
We’re working with a global RegTech firm that’s leading the way in compliance and conduct risk technology for financial services. As they expand across EMEA, they’re looking to bring on a New Business Sales Executive to drive growth and open new client relationships across banks, asset managers, and wider capital markets firms.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience selling compliance or GRC software into financial institutions, looking to join a high-growth business with a strong reputation in the market.
What You’ll Be Doing
Leading on new business sales across the EMEA financial services market
Selling a powerful, modular SaaS platform used to manage personal account dealing, gifts & entertainment, third-party risk, and broader conduct compliance
Developing relationships with Heads of Compliance, Risk Officers, and senior stakeholders across banking and investment firms
Managing full sales cycles from prospecting through to close
Working closely with marketing, product, and customer success to ensure a seamless onboarding and client experience
What We’re Looking For
Experience selling RegTech, GRC, or compliance-focused software into financial institutions
A strong understanding of regulatory pressures across the buy and sell side
Ability to engage with senior compliance and legal stakeholders and run consultative sales processes
Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
A motivated self-starter who thrives in a high-performance, client-facing role
