Job Title: Sales Director – Step Into Business Leadership (Golf Industry, UK & EMEA)

Package: Up to £100,000 + bonus + benefits + equity opportunity

Why This Role? This is more than a sales leadership position. It's a chance to take the reins of a proven golf-sector business, move beyond sales, and step into full Managing Director responsibility. The product is already widely respected, with strong foundations in place. Now it needs a commercially minded leader to set the direction and deliver growth across the UK and into EMEA.

What You'll Be Doing

• Take ownership of the UK business – full P&L, strategy, and delivery.
• Still be hands-on in sales – winning and developing key accounts – while also shaping the bigger picture.
• Build, coach and structure a small sales and operations team to support growth.
• Design and deliver the business plan for UK expansion and EMEA rollout over the next five years.
• Report directly to the board and take responsibility for agreed milestones that unlock bonus and equity.

What We're Looking For

• A Sales Director, Commercial Director or senior sales leader from the golf industry.
• Strong track record of delivering revenue growth and building lasting client partnerships.
• Commercially sharp with experience of P&L management.
• Hands-on and entrepreneurial – able to balance day-to-day selling with long-term planning.
• Someone who wants to take the step up into full business leadership.
